• El ganador del sorteo deberá mostrar un documento de identidad para para recibir el premio. Este solo puede ser entregado personalmente al ganador. No podrá ser entregado a terceros.
• El ganador tendrá cuatro (4) días para ir a las instalaciones de Agape Health Provider a reclamar su premio. Esto significa que podrá recogerlo del lunes 13 de noviembre al viernes 17 de noviembre, en los horarios de atención comercial de Agape (9 AM a 7PM) con una cita previamente acordada en la siguiente dirección: 7171 Coral Way # 404, Miami, FL 33155, Estados Unidos
• El premio no podrá ser intercambiable, ni transferible. Tampoco se ofrecerá un pago alternativo en efectivo.
• Agape Health Provider se reserva el derecho de anular, cancelar, suspender o modificar el sorteo de ser necesario, en cualquier momento.

SELECCIÓN DEL GANADOR:

• El sorteo será transmitido en vivo por Instagram el 10 de noviembre a la hora anunciada en las piezas de promoción. Se utilizará la plataforma Arbitery – https://app.arbitery.com/ para elegir al ganador, y a dos sustitutos, que podrán ser declarados ganadores en caso de que el seleccionado no cumpla con los requisitos estipulados de participación. Una vez finalizado el sorteo se etiquetará al ganador en las publicaciones originales de Facebook e Instagram de la cuenta @AgapeHealthProvider.
• El ganador será contactado a través de los datos dejados en su cuenta de Instagram y facebook. El haber proporcionado datos falsos dará lugar a la pérdida del Premio.
• El ganador es responsable de proporcionar la información de contacto completa y precisa. Agape Health Provider quedará eximido de responsabilidad cuando el ganador no haya recibido el premio debido a que proporcionó información de contacto incorrecta o incompleta.

Terms and Conditions for the 2 VIP Tickets Giveaway to Marc Anthony’s Concert in Miami on November 18th, organized by Agape Health Provider

It is important to carefully read these Terms and Conditions before participating in the Agape Health Provider Giveaway conducted through social media:

ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE:

-Only individuals of legal age (at least 21 years old) residing in the state of Florida, United States, are eligible to participate in the Giveaway.

-Only one entry per participant will be considered valid. Participants must follow the steps outlined in the Giveaway post to be included in the random selection of the winner:

• Follow Agape’s account on INSTAGRAM and FACEBOOK @agapehealthprovider.
• Like the official concert post featured on both platforms and share it.
• Tag at least 3 friends in the comments section on both platforms.

  To enter the giveaway, all three steps must be fully completed.

  -“Likes,” comments, and shares must be made on the original giveaway posts on each platform @AgapeHealthProvider. Any “likes,” comments, or tags made on a copied or shared post that is not the original will not be considered.

-The deadline to participate in the Giveaway is Thursday, November 9th, at midnight (12:00 AM). There will be a single winner announced on November 10th through our social media channels.

-Employees of Agape Health Provider and their immediate family members, as well as individuals professionally associated with the Giveaway, are excluded from participating.
